In less than 12 hours now we will bid goodbye to 2015 and I, for one, will be very happy to do so.
This has been a challenging year in which my depression reared its ugly head again, resulting in a lot of time off work and a lot of disruption to my life. (Side note - I will do a post early in January about dealing with depression in the workplace and facing the stigma that sadly still comes with announcing a mental health problem.)
No-one wants to read a long post about a miserable year so I won't go on. I'm very lucky to have the support of my family & friends and to be in a position to make big changes to help improve my life. Those changes and my ongoing recovery are what this blog is going to be about. I hope it proves helpful for someone (even if that someone is just me!)
